I’m Cullen Fleetwood, a licensed inspector since 2013 with a strong background in real estate, including time with Offerpad. Outside of inspections, I’m a musician and videographer, and I run Barnshow Production, where I bring creative projects to life through music and film. Whether I’m evaluating properties or crafting visual stories, I’m all about quality and detail.
