My name is Lukas Kyle and I have been a home inspector for 4 years (as of 2026).  I take pride in doing a thorough inspection for all my clients to ensure they know what they’re purchasing.  Prior to becoming a home inspector I was in various fields of the construction industry.  I took a hiatus from construction and became a dog trainer and kennel technician.  In 2011 I opened my own dog boarding facility.  I sold the company/facility in 2021 which is when I enrolled in home inspection school.  I have now completed over 2,000 inspections with Smith Group and look forward to what the future has in store for myself and Smith Group.

Hi I’m Dave Tague. As a Certified Professional Inspector® (TREC #25477), I have been a licensed home inspector since 2022 and have completed hundreds of home inspections throughout my career. I take pride in providing thorough and detailed evaluations so my clients can feel informed and confident about their investment. Prior to becoming a home inspector, I worked in industrial construction for over 30 years, gaining extensive hands-on experience with structures, systems, and overall construction practices. That background has given me a strong understanding of how homes are built and maintained, along with a sharp eye for identifying potential issues. Hi I’m Cullen Fleetwood. As a Certified Professional Inspector® (TREC #20717), I have been a licensed home inspector since 2013 and have completed hundreds of inspections throughout my career. Prior to becoming a home inspector, I spent over 15 years in the construction industry and also worked as an electrical engineer, giving me a strong understanding of how homes function from the inside out. In addition to my technical background, I’ve also worked as a film director, which helped develop my attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly with clients. Hi I’m Ryan Sosebee. As a Certified Professional Inspector® (TREC #26875), I bring a unique perspective to every inspection through my background in real estate and hands-on home repair experience. I’ve been involved in the real estate industry since I was 19 years old and have also worked as a realtor, giving me a strong understanding of the home buying process from both the client and agent side. In addition, I owned and operated a handyman business, which gave me valuable experience with home systems, repairs, and maintenance.
